Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work schedules to ensure shift coverage and enforce procedures.
• Ensure staff are properly trained and conduct checks on conduct and procedures.
• Maintain facility security through inspections and compliance with regulations.
• Provide clear instruction during drills, incidents, and emergencies.
• Conduct and supervise searches of offenders and living/work areas for contraband.
• Assist with facility interviews and process documentation.
• Prepare and review reports and performance evaluations for staff.
