Salary ranges from $7,901 to $9,892 per month, with new-hire placement at the minimum of the range when applicable. Strong leadership, operational planning, and adherence to department policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large food-service operations in a correctional or institutional setting preferred.
• Knowledge of large-scale food preparation, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to manage staff, budgets, and compliance with department policies.
