Job summary

California Correctional Health Care Services is seeking a Food Administrator I to supervise all food service and dietary activities within a jail health care program. You will collaborate with clinical staff on nutrition needs, plan menus, and ensure safe, sanitary operations across the kitchen and dining areas.

You will lead the food service team to provide three meals daily to a large inmate population, maintain compliance with state regulations, and participate in ongoing training and quality
