Job summary

SMC, based in Noblesville, Indiana, seeks a Corporate Trainer to design, lead, and advance our learning initiatives for managers, supervisors, and broader employees across the organization.

The role partners with Human Resources and Corporate Communications to develop impactful curricula, translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, and measure program effectiveness to continuously improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR / OD / Education / Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate training, L&D, leadership development, or organizational development.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver manager and supervisor training programs across the organization.
• Develop curricula and training materials with SME collaboration.
• Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
• Create engaging educational content linking SMC products and manufacturing to real-world applications.
• Support Next Gen engagement and workforce development initiatives with schools and community partners.
