Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate training, L&D, leadership development, workforce development, education, or organizational development.
• Bachelor’s degree plus equivalent experience considered.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver manager and supervisor training programs across the organization.
• Develop engaging curriculum and facilitator materials; assess training effectiveness.
• Partner with HR and SMEs to ensure policy and procedural training coverage.
• Translate complex product and technical information for diverse audiences.
• Develop demonstrations and experiences linking SMC technology to real-world use.
