Job summary

SMC Corporation of America is seeking a Corporate Trainer to design, lead, and advance learning initiatives across the organization. You will partner with HR to develop curricula, deliver training for managers and employees, and translate complex product concepts into engaging experiences for diverse audiences including students and educators.

This role emphasizes measuring impact, aligning programs with business goals, and supporting SMC’s Next Gen and workforce development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years corporate training/leadership development experience
• Ability to design and deliver training curricula and facilitator guides
• Experience partnering with HR and communications on educational programs

Responsibilities

• Own development and facilitation of manager and supervisor training programs.
• Design curricula covering leadership fundamentals, communication, coaching, performance management, and accountability.
• Partner with HR to develop policies, compliance training, and people-management content.
• Independently develop trainings, materials, and job aids; evaluate and improve programs.
