GetResponse Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for the Core Platform domain. You will liaise with engineering, architects, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear product initiatives and actionable development plans.

You will drive prioritization, monitor platform performance, and enable scalable backend solutions within a SaaS environment. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management, preferably SaaS
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Experience collaborating with backend engineering teams
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture
• Experience with product planning, prioritization, and project management methodologies
• Polish language proficiency
• English at B2/C1 level (min B2)

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core Platform domain
• Partner with engineering to define, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable product initiatives
• Collaborate with PMs, engineering managers, architects, and IT stakeholders
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and dependencies
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and align technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Monitor platform performance, scalability, and reliability for continuous improvement
• Support delivery of high-quality backend solutions with engineering and QA
• Make data-informed product decisions and evaluate impact of initiatives
