Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in web/mobile product management, leading dev-focused solutions.
• Strong product thinking; ability to translate complex problems into intuitive UX.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to mixed audiences.
• Lead with empathy, collaborate effectively, balance detail with the big picture.
• Value people over process; prefer working code and collaboration over heavy artifacts.
• Thrive in ambiguity and learn from others to improve outcomes.
• High ethical standards; team-oriented and collaborative.
• Experience in K-12, HR tech, B2B SaaS, or workflow-heavy platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Core Platform roadmap, balancing resilience and performance with new capabilities and mobile expansion.
• Own the developer platform of services and libraries used by other teams (design system, navigation, auth, shared workflows).
• Gather feedback from stakeholders, customers, and prospects to drive a unified platform experience across products.
• Shape ideas with cross-product and engineering leaders into clear pitches with defined success criteria.
• Pitch work and lead bets with stakeholders to ensure the right problems are solved at the right time.
• Design and iterate user flows, wireframes, and AI prototypes to communicate ideas.
• Collaborate with product teams to avoid bottlenecks and maintain progress on platform initiatives.
• Communicate platform decisions clearly across the company to ensure alignment.
• Champion a culture of empathy, experimentation, and measurable outcomes.
