Summit, part of Elior North America, seeks an experienced cook supervisor for a correctional facility kitchen in Gettysburg, VA. You will coordinate and supervise staff to maintain efficiency and high standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include instructing staff in food service and sanitation, ensuring timely meal service, proper portions, appearance, and temperature, and upholding safety standards. This role offers $20.00–$22.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment focusing on scratch cooking.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks at once.
• Experience supervising a team is preferred.

Mansioni

• Instruct and train staff in all aspects of food service and sanitation.
