Responsabilités

• Lead kitchen operations and supervise dietary staff on shift.
• Assist with training of dietary staff and orient new employees.
• Prepare meals per approved menus and recipes while meeting resident dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean, orderly kitchen and sanitize routines.
• Monitor food temperatures, portion sizes, and food waste.
• Report equipment issues and assist in safety and sanitation practices.
• Participate in required in-service trainings and staff meetings.
