Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present meals according to approved menus and recipes.
• Assist in training and supervising dietary staff.
• Supervise kitchen operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Monitor temperatures and food safety, and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain portion control and minimize food waste.
• Support in daily cleaning and setup for next shift.
