Trustwell Living, LLC in Oregon is seeking a hands-on Food Service Supervisor to prepare and serve meals to residents, maintain clean production and service areas, and ensure supplies are on hand.

You will supervise kitchen staff, follow menu cycles, uphold sanitation standards, and maintain inventory while coordinating with the Executive Director. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and commitment to resident well-being.

Formación

• Supervises food service staff and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares and serves meals to Residents within scheduled time frames.
• Follows menu cycle and notes substitutions.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensures compliance with state sanitation code.
• Counts and verifies supplies; manages inventory and budgets.
• Supervises food service functions.
• Maintains safe, clean work environment.
• Records Resident information and meal service data.
• Communicates issues to leadership as needed.
