The Lead Cook assists kitchen staff by ensuring food orders are prepared accurately, properly, and in a timely manner for the assigned station. This role is responsible for following recipes, portioning standards, and maintaining consistency in food quality and presentation to meet customer and operational expectations. With advanced cooking skills and attention to detail, Lead Cook supports efficient kitchen operations and contributes to delivering a high-quality dining experience.
