Job summary

Metz Culinary Management is seeking a Lead Cook for the 26/27 school year in Carlisle, PA. The role starts at $16.00 per hour and offers opportunities in a fast-paced school dining operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is a plus; willingness to train.
• Able to follow Executive Chef menus and presentations.
• Team player with a positive energy and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present meals and maintain sanitation following chef guidelines.
• Assist in prep, dish room, inventory and daily kitchen tasks.
• Work in a busy school dining environment and contribute where needed.
