Responsibilities

• Prepare large quantities of meats, fish, gravies, cereals, soups, and vegetables.
• Manage inventory and place/receive orders for food and supplies.
• Ensure food quality and schedule preparations.
• Guide and train employees.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety.
• Train inmate/detainee food service workers and inspect their work.
