Qualifications

• Understands safe food handling procedures.

Responsabilités

• Directs the day to day tasks of other dietary department staff.
• Plays a key role in sanitation and cleaning of kitchen, dining or serving areas.
• Assists cooking staff in meal preparation and service for patients and staff.
• Ensures proper stocking of supplies and accurate food portions.
• Prepares snacks and meals for serving and delivery to units.
• Assists with receiving and checking in food and supplies to ensure proper handling.
