This role requires a strong command of advanced cooking techniques, quality control, and cost-conscious preparation for guests staying at our luxury property.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience in a hotel, restaurant, banquet, or high-volume kitchen.
• Advanced culinary techniques, food preparation, plating standards, and safe handling.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and execute high-quality in-room dining items and daily meals.
• Lead production and service for in-room dining, managing prep, cooking and plating.
• Develop nutritious family meals considering production volume and dietary needs.
• Monitor quality, inventory and processes to minimize waste and control costs.
• Serve as senior culinary team member, train junior kitchen staff.
