Job summary

The Pfister Hotel, a Marcus Hotels & Resorts property in downtown Milwaukee, seeks a part-time, hourly in-room dining team member. You will deliver and set up orders with luxury service, verify accuracy and presentation, and respond promptly to guest requests to enhance the dining experience.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong guest service skills. The role requires lifting up to 50 lb and availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy, quality, and presentation of all orders before delivery.
• Provide professional guest service by responding promptly to requests and anticipating needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, hallways, trays, carts, and equipment.
