Responsibilities

Independently manage assigned cooking stations during service
Prepare menu items according to recipe specifications and presentation standards
Demonstrate consistency in execution, timing, and product quality
Assist with training and mentoring Cook I team members
Monitor product levels and communicate shortages proactively
Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards
Complete prep production accurately and efficiently
Assist with banquet production and special events as needed
Support kitchen leadership in maintaining operational standards
Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house team members
