Cliff Castle Casino Hotel in Camp Verde, AZ is seeking a Prep Cook to assist in preparing, transporting, stocking, and serving food items for Team Members. You will follow portion controls, restock supplies, and help maintain a clean service area while delivering friendly guest service.

The role requires English proficiency, 18+ years old, and certifications in food handling and alcohol service or the ability to obtain them, with on-site shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Food handler certification required or obtainable.
• Alcohol server certification required or obtainable.
• Must be 18+ years old and available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background checks.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, transport, and replenish food items according to orders and portion controls.
• Serve food to Team Members accurately per orders.
• Restock condiments, beverages, utensils, dishes, glassware, and go-containers.
• Clear used items and transport them to the kitchen; assist with venue cleanliness.
• Follow Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
