Qualifications

• Culinary experience required.
• In compliance with California laws, current Food Handlers Certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all foods for restaurant kitchens, in-room dining, banquet kitchens, and employee dining according to standardized recipes.
• Lead in various kitchen stations and assist other positions as needed.
• Maintain mise en place, proper food storage, and cleanliness of storage areas and equipment.
• Ensure knowledge of menus and preparation standards; monitor equipment and report issues.
• Prepare buffet items and ensure ingredients are fresh and sufficient for service.
• Follow health, safety, and hotel policy guidelines; assist with banquets and employee cafeteria as required.
