Qualifications

• Jefferson: Food Handlers certification within 90 days of hire.
• St. Louis/South: Serve Safe Manager within 90 days of hire.
• Springfield: Food Handlers within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform general hot and cold production duties in the food service department.
• Lead position and assist training of new coworkers.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety; assist with special catering events.
