Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis is seeking a Cook to perform general hot and cold production duties in the food service department, ensuring a clean, quiet, and productive environment for coworkers and visitors. The role includes training responsibilities and maintaining high sanitation standards.

Shifts run 5:30am–2:00pm and 11:00am–7:30pm, with every other weekend off; location is Mercy Hospital St. Louis, 14561 N Outer 40 Rd, Chesterfield, MO 63017.

Qualifications

• Jefferson: Food Handlers certification within 90 days of hire.
• St. Louis/South: Serve Safe Manager within 90 days of hire.
• Springfield: Food Handlers within 90 days of hire.

Minimum Qualifications

• Jefferson: Food Handlers with 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient with ovens, slicers, food processors.
