Job summary

Oak View Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Lead Cook (Union) to prepare hot and cold foods for guests at Allegiant Stadium. You will guide the culinary team and work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, with nights and weekends as needed.

The salary ranges from $20.74 to $25.92 per hour under the union agreement, with benefits per the union and a posting open through October 23, 2026.

Qualifications

• High-volume culinary experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to operate standard kitchen equipment (broiler, steamer, oven, mixer).
• Must have SNHD food handling certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold foods following recipes and portions.
• Provide direction to culinary and kitchen team members.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality food to guests.
• Report maintenance needs for kitchen equipment.
• Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards.
• Assist Executive/Sous Chef in menu planning and food estimation.
• Show good attendance and reliability.
