Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in stewarding or large hospitality operations.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, coach, and develop stewarding staff.
• Working knowledge of SNHD, OSHA, sanitation best practices.
• Experience with labor scheduling and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise stewarding staff, dishwashers, and sanitation teams.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training on cleaning procedures and safety.
• Assist in controlling labor costs through scheduling and productivity management.
• Inspect kitchens, sculleries, and storage areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain records, inventories, and sanitation reports.
• Support stewarding for event setup, execution, and breakdown.
