Job summary

Oak View Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Concessions Staffing Admin to support the staffing operations at Allegiant Stadium. You’ll assist with check-in/out, clock-in, accreditation and uniforms, and payroll-related tasks while maintaining a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

The role is part-time, with an hourly rate of $22.00–$25.00 and benefits including a 401(k) plan and matching. Schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays during events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; strong time-management.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and long hours.
• Valid SNHD health card and Tam alcohol awareness card.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staff check-in/check-out for concessions.
• Coordinate staffing operations and queue management.
• Deliver concise briefs to staff in the area.
• Track staff arrival, cancellations, and updates for managers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staffing area.
• Enter schedules in ADP for team members.
• Reconcile game-day credentials and uniforms.
