Job summary

Pinstripes seeks a Lead Line Cook to join our upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce. You will tend to guests in a unique and upscale setting, preparing Italian/American cuisine from our scratch kitchen with an extensive wine list and craft beers.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in a high-volume kitchen, strong teamwork, and a passion for great food. Competitive hourly wages with tips, flexible hours, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar.
• Desire to work in a chef-driven environment where the focus is great food and dedication to the trade.
• Attention to detail and quality of product.
• You are hardworking, dedicated, and experienced in high volume scratch kitchens.

Responsibilities

• Assembling and cooking our menu items and preparing the perfect dish
• Performing regular quality assessments
• Responsible for restocking and cleaning station
• All other duties will be assigned
