Job summary

Pinstripes is seeking Bartenders to deliver memorable guest service in a fast-paced, upscale entertainment-dining venue that combines Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce. You will expertly take orders, answer questions about the menu, and work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations while maintaining a clean work environment.

Applicants should be 21+, willing to learn our scratch kitchen standards, and participate in a training program.

Qualifications

• It is preferable to have previous restaurant experience, but it is not required. Our training program will set every team member up to be successful from the start.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide memorable guest service.
• Accurately take orders.
• Answer questions regarding the menu.
• Take orders in a timely fashion.
• Work with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operation.
• Offer suggestions and recommendations in regards to orders and drinks.
• Help personalize the meal for guests.
• Process payment at the end of service.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Be on your feet for up to 6 hours.
• Maintain neat appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of serving customers and serving food.
