Job summary

The candidate should have 4+ years in high-volume food production, basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, with certification as a food handler where required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• 2 years of culinary training desired.
• 4+ years of experience in high‑volume food production as a cook.
• Experience in catering, menu planning, food prep and service.
• Basic computer skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee food service equipment.
• Maintain daily kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Prepare and cook baked, roasted, grilled, steamed foods.
• Support tray line assembly and portions.
• Communicate pertinent information with Supervisors/Managers.
