Pyramid Global Hospitality, located at the Orlando JetBlue Lodge, is seeking a Lead Cook to join our culinary team. You will lead a high-volume kitchen, mentor staff, and help craft seasonal menus with creative execution.

You will manage daily production, ensure food safety, and uphold quality standards while partnering with the Executive Chef on menu costing and innovation. This role requires durable hands-on leadership and a passion for excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cook experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Basic allergy knowledge.
• Knowledge of correct cooking temperatures for vegetables and proteins.
• Able to lift 50 pounds; long hours and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute daily production and presentation in a safe kitchen.
• Lead the kitchen team, conduct daily walk-throughs and team meetings.
• Assist the Executive Chef with seasonal menu costing and implementation.
• Manage department budget and cost controls to achieve profitability.
