Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a cook in a high-volume professional kitchen.
• College graduate in culinary arts.
• Knowledge of food allergens and safe cooking temperatures.
• Active Food handler’s certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary team and model hands-on leadership in the kitchen.
• Assist with daily production planning, costing, and presentation of dishes.
• Ensure compliance with health codes, safety standards, and allergen protocols.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on seasonal menus and special menus.
