Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present hot/cold items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Read and follow basic recipes and directions for menu items.
• May prepare food and serve at an a la carte counter or operate a grill station.
• Support management in daily oversight of key functions and staff as needed.
• Attend shifts on time and maintain reliable attendance.
• Other duties may be assigned per client needs.
