Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a Lead Cook at Gold Strike Casino in Mississippi. You will oversee the operations of assigned stations, ensuring recipes are followed and food safety standards are met.

The role requires the ability to work across sauté, sauce, grill, pastry, and seafood stations, with shifts including weekends and holidays. A strong focus on teamwork and customer service will help drive smooth service in a fast-paced casino kitchen.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience as a Cook in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the normal operation of the assigned station.
• Follow the recipe accordingly.
• Use proper food handling techniques and health & safety standards.
• Notify Room Chef or Sous Chef of problems and how they have been corrected.
• Expedite and coordinate service, produce according to par levels.
• Assist in pantry and preparation area.
• Possess thorough knowledge of sauce stations and recipes.
• Able to work sauté, sauce, grill, cold seafood, pastry, and appetizer station.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
