Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience as a cook in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate the assigned station in the normal operation of the kitchen.
• Follow recipes and adhere to portion controls.
• Maintain proper food handling techniques and safety standards.
• Notify Chef or Sous Chef of issues and corrections.
• Expedite and coordinate service according to par levels.
• Assist in pantry and preparation areas.
• Possess knowledge of sauce stations and recipes; work sauté, sauce, grill, cold seafood, pastry, and appetizers.
• Perform other related duties as required.
