Splendido in Oro Valley, AZ, is seeking a Lead Cook to guide the culinary team and deliver elevated dining for residents and guests. You will lead during your shift, execute scratch-made dishes, and ensure top quality and safety.

This full-time role requires flexibility across weeknights, weekends, and holidays, strong leadership, and a passion for hospitality in a senior living setting. You’ll work with a diverse menu including banquet and rotational offerings, maintain sanitation per HACCP

Qualifications

• Advanced cooking techniques and consistent execution.
• Current sanitation certification.
• Ability to lead a team during shifts.
• Experience with HACCP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cooks during assigned shift and ensure quality.
• Prepare food per recipes and menu types (à la carte, banquet, rotational).
• Maintain sanitation and storage standards per HACCP.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and inventory as needed.
• Support Pastry Chef and contribute to QA process improvements.
