Qualifications

• One year of production cooking in a high-volume setting.
• ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to follow written recipes in English.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious, high-quality meals under the guidance of the Sous Chef.
• Read daily menus and coordinate cooking times for timely preparation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety practices.
• Record inventory usage and assist in controlling food costs.
• Assist in menu development and catering events as needed.
