The role oversees kitchen staff and ensures smooth service across each shift, with strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Ideal candidates hold a culinary degree or have extensive chef experience, plus superb knife skills and a passion for hospitality and guest service.

Qualifications

• High-volume kitchen experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or extensive chef experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong knife skills.
• Ability to supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Produce all food orders in a timely and consistent manner according to quality standards.
• Operate all kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Handle and store food items safely and keep area clean and sanitized.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
• Perform other duties or projects as requested by management.
• Oversee kitchen staff and ensure smooth service.
• Delegate tasks to staff and ensure surfaces are disinfected after service.
