Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a cook in a high-volume professional kitchen.

• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Energetic, teaching leader in kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary team and manage daily production, prep, and plating.
• Assist executive chef with menu costing and seasonal menus.
