Responsibilities

• Operate kitchen equipment (slicer, steamer, fryer, ovens, grill, mixers).
• Prepare and assemble food according to standard recipes for all outlets.
• Provide excellent guest service and maintain high food quality and costs.
• Train and lead Cook 1/2/3 in culinary skills as needed.
• Lead in absence of the Chef de Cuisine and manage inventories.
