Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience as a Sous Chef, pastry chef, or restaurant chef preferred.
• Valid health certifications, if required.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky racing and gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen staff and food portfolio for optimal guest experience.
• Assist chef de cuisine with menu forecasts and staffing levels.
• Ensure food quality, safety and sanitation practices are followed.
• Supervise production of food items and maintain relationships with vendors.
