Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel in Oak Grove, KY is seeking a Lead Cook for EATS (4929). The role requires preparing items per standard recipes, reading recipes, and maintaining quality while controlling costs.
The Lead Cook will train cooks, supervise stations, and ensure health code compliance in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen. Experience of 3–5 years in a professional kitchen, a culinary education or equivalent, and ServSafe or similar certification are preferred.
Oak Grove: Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel (the “Property”) is a newer facility in a high traffic area in the heart of Oak Grove, Kentucky, and across the street from a large Army post, Ft. Campbell. The Property is 10 miles from Clarksville, TN and less than 60 miles northwest of downtown Nashville, TN.
The Lead Cook is responsible for safely preparing food items, following menu specifications and standard recipes, for service to guests in all outlets.
