We offer a starting wage of $21.00 per hour plus medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), PTO, and additional benefits. The successful candidate will lift up to 50 pounds and work shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured correctional environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Must successfully obtain clearance to work within the facility.
• Previous food service or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Leading, directing, and assisting inmates with kitchen duties
• Preparing, cooking, and baking meals according to company recipes
• Assisting with daily meal preparation and food service operations
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Following company policies, food safety standards, and facility procedures
• Supporting the kitchen team to ensure meals are prepared efficiently and on schedule
