Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Must obtain facility clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and assist with cooking and baking.
• Lead, instruct, and assist with daily food preparation.
• Follow company recipes and established procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleanup duties.
• Work effectively within a structured correctional facility.
