Job Duties

Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Lead & prepare all foods necessary for service to the demonstrated culinary standard and performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned to ensure quality F&B service for guests.

Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service-oriented attitude and able to work well with others. A TB Clearance issued within the last 12 months is required.
