Job summary

Fps Innovation Labs is seeking a seasoned AI and chatbot engineer to design and optimize advanced conversational agents. You will drive end-to-end bot development, focusing on NLP training, multi-language support, and multi-channel deployment.

Responsibilities include integrating NodeJs/Python APIs, ensuring code quality with tests and reviews, and coordinating with CRM systems like Salesforce and RingCentral. The role follows Agile practices and requires IST afternoon-evening shifts.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years strong experience in developing ChatBots, complex conversational flows, NLP training.
• Strong experience in NodeJs or Python for API integrations and complex logic.
• Understanding of code optimization, bot development best practices, unit tests, and code reviews.
• Knowledge of voice bot platforms, integration, training impact.
• Experience building multi-language bots and multi-channel deployment with trade-offs.
• Experience with agent handover to CRM (Salesforce, RingCentral).
• At least one Conversational AI platform certification (Cognigy, Yellow.AI, Kore.AI, Lex, Luis, Dialogflow, IBM Watson).
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and collaborate with teams, continuous learning.
• Experience in Agile development and JIRA for issue tracking and collaboration.
• Willing to work in IST shift 2 pm - 11 pm.

Responsibilities
