Job summary

Discover Financial Services seeks a Conversational AI Designer to craft end-to-end automated conversational experiences across customer touchpoints. You will apply modern toolkits and frameworks, train and tune the full conversation lifecycle, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver best-in-class customer interactions.

You will document conversational design, create dialog flows, wireframes, templates, and copy aligned with brand guidelines, contributing to requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, Graphic Design, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Customer Service, Leadership, Project Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Linguistics, Human–Computer Interaction, Natural Language Processing and Understanding, Conversation Design.

Responsibilities

• Train, test, and tune the full conversation lifecycle, including model validation.
• Partner and collaborate across the enterprise to implement best-in-class customer experience and utilization.
• Document conversational design, dialog flows, wireframes, and templates to influence iterative approaches to improve designs, architecture, and strategy.
• Evaluate emerging conversational AI and natural language capabilities to influence domain and tooling strategy.
• Compose dialog and related copy for conversational experiences that align with brand guidelines.
