Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking a Lead Service Engineer to provide service and support to customers. This role demands excellent decision-making, customer interaction, and adherence to service level agreements.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of experience with controls systems. Competitive salary of $95k–$130k and full benefits included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in applicable controls platform.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems in large building automation.
• Experience with testing plans for HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and updates of control systems.
• Respond to incidents, outages, and disruptions to maintain SLAs.
• Assist with developing commissioning test plans and documentation.

Skills

Controls Experience (Tridium: Niagara N4)

HVAC Experience

Scripting languages (VBA, Python)

Experience with BACnet and LON controllers

Education

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or equivalent experience

Tools

Rockwell FactoryTalk

Siemens Talon Controllers

Kepware OPC server
