Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering management experience in material handling or logistics automation.
• Experience leading controls engineers on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of controls equipment and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Own project performance and outcomes of the direct engineering team.
• Provide coaching to ensure team and project success.
• Ensure targets for quality, on-time delivery, and cost; address issues proactively.
• Provide regular project performance reporting to management.
• Maintain monthly forecasting across projects.
• Manage project budgets and indirect department budgets.
• Recruit, onboard, and integrate new hires into the Project Engineering Organization.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives within the group.
