You will oversee day-to-day execution, grow team capabilities, and collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure project alignment on material handling projects.

The role requires 5+ years of engineering management and 8+ years in logistics automation, with CAD (AutoCAD) and PLC experience a plus. Travel is 15–25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering management / people leadership.
• 8+ years in material handling / logistics automation.
• Able to lead remotely, on-site, and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own project performance and outcomes for the engineering team.
• Coach and guide team members to ensure success.
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and budget targets.
• Report project performance to management.
• Forecast monthly project utilization and budgets.
• Staff projects and balance workloads across the team.
• Attend turnovers and assess risks before execution.
