Hanley Energy is seeking a Controls Engineer to join our team in Shreveport, LA. The role supports project engineering, field deployments, and hands-on fault diagnosis across mission-critical infrastructure.

You will lead installations, perform programming, and collaborate with management to grow the controls department. The position requires up to 25% travel and the ability to work with diverse teams on complex projects.

Qualifications

  • 4 Year Engineering Degree from an accredited university.
  • 4 years of experience in a technical field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Experience with Data Centers or other critical environments.

Responsibilities

  • System Installation, Checkout, Integration, Testing, and Commissioning.
  • Assist with planning and designing of Critical Infrastructure projects.
  • Perform the programming and deployment of Critical Infrastructure projects.
  • Learn new systems and products as necessary.
  • Preventative Maintenance Visits (PMV) and PMV Support.
  • Ticket Support for Hanley Energy initiatives.
  • Support ProCore Project Management.
  • Develop and Deploy BMS Programs.
  • Expand system integration experience for projects.
  • Provide feedback on technical documentation and diagrams.
